This ornament has hung on countless trees  in our family over the years.  Dating back to the early 70's it has held up beautifully.   With a few tweeks this ornament is good as new and ready to be passed onto another family.  
 
***While the designer has carefully retouched this ornament it is still very old and should be handled with care. Unlike the disco collection these balls do have pins and needles.  Keep out of reach of small children.
